What is actually confirmed about the launch

Grave Seasons is a narrative farming sim with a supernatural serial killer hidden among the residents of Ashenridge. The Steam page commits to a specific structure: you have one year to protect potential victims and work out who is behind the murders, across a town of 30+ residents, 70+ interiors, and seven major locations. Twelve of those residents are romanceable, and the store copy states outright that some of them may be the killer.

The replay hook is that each playthrough picks the killer from a candidate pool, with killer-specific motives, kill styles, and targets. That is the pitch you will be buying into at launch, and it is all sourced from official store copy rather than previews.

The date history, in the studio's own words

On 26 March 2026 Perfect Garbage announced that "Grave Seasons will launch on August 14, 2026 for PC, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch," and added that it "will also be released on Day 1 for Xbox Game Pass players."

On 5 June 2026 the studio posted that it was "moving the release date of the full game to Fall of this year," across all announced platforms, and that the demo planned for June 15 was cancelled. That is the current state: same four platforms, same Game Pass commitment, later window, no demo.

What is not announced yet

• An exact release date. Only Fall 2026 and "2026" exist.
• Price. No figure on Steam, PlayStation, or Microsoft Store.
• Editions or preorder bonuses. Nothing published.
• A demo or beta. The June 15 demo was cancelled and not rescheduled.
• Game Pass tiers. Day 1 Game Pass is confirmed; which tiers is not.
• A Switch eShop listing. The platform is confirmed; the store page is not live yet.
• PC system requirements. Not published on the Steam page.

Leaving these blank is deliberate. A farming-sim launch generates enormous search volume for "release date", "price", and "Game Pass", and the temptation is to fill the gaps with plausible guesses. We would rather say "unannounced" and be right.

Where a date will appear first

In practice, publishers lock the Steam release field before or alongside a marketing beat, because wishlist notification emails depend on it. Watching the Steam page for app 3255110 is the highest-signal move.
